About the Band Boosters
The O'Connor Bands Booster Club is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization made up of parent/guardian volunteers. The Band Boosters supports the O’Connor Band Programs in a variety of ways.
Some of which include:
To support the decisions and teachings of the Band Director.
To provide financial and parental support to the band.
To support and promote attendance and involvement in band activities by family, staff and community.
To promote positive relationships between students, families, staff and community, which exemplify the expectations outlined within the District Pursuing Victory with Honor Guidelines and/or Roles and Responsibilities Handbook.
The booster organization strives to foster productive channels of communication among parents, staff, community, and school administration. We are also focused on developing a sense of community and “esprit de corps” among band families. We encourage all band parents and guardians to volunteer their time when able. Your contributions are critical to band program success.
A portion of each sale goes to support the O'Connor Bands Booster Club program.

What is your return policy?
We want you to love your order! If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Because each item is custom printed when you order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or preference once an order has been processed. Please double-check sizing charts and product details before placing your order.
What if there’s an issue with my order or payment?
If you believe you’ve been charged incorrectly or experience any issues during checkout, please reach out to us as soon as possible at support@merchmarket.org.
We’ll investigate the issue and work with you to resolve it quickly. Disputes submitted directly through your bank or card issuer may take longer to resolve, so contacting us first should result in a faster solution.
How do I request a return or replacement?
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at support@merchmarket.org with:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
A clear photo of the item
We will review your request and provide next steps for a replacement or refund if applicable.
Please do not send items back without prior approval.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
Since every product is made-to-order, we’re not able to process exchanges for size, color, or style changes. We recommend checking our size charts and product descriptions carefully before finalizing your order.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are only issued for orders that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
If a replacement is issued, a refund will not be necessary unless the replacement item cannot be fulfilled.
